MobileDataforce Inc. Attracts $1 Million Investment by Minneapolis Based Private Investment Firm

Funding will Bolster MobileDataforce’s Growth and Expansion into New Markets

Boise, Idaho--May 18, 2006 – MobileDataforce® Inc. (www.mobiledataforce.com), a leading provider of Rapid Application Development Solutions for Mobile Environments (RADS-ME)™ and custom mobile software applications, today announced the completion of a $1 million equity investment round with Roudal, MDF, LLC, a Minneapolis based private investment firm.

Until now, the company has operated on cash generated from sales, and provided by its founders. “By strengthening the balance sheet, MobileDataforce can be more aggressive about growth in both North American and European markets” explains CEO Kevin Benedict. “The mobile solution market globally is being under served, especially in the SMB markets. We intend to remedy this. At the end of 2005, we opened our European headquarters and see growth opportunities there which rival those in North America.”

Growth for the company is well under way. Founded in 2000, it has posted sequential revenue growth in 9 of the past 10 quarters, nearing break even on the bottom line.

MobileDataforce’s PointSync® mobility software platform enables the development of custom enterprise level mobile applications at a pace never before possible. A graphically-rich development environment enables users to rapidly create end-to-end mobile solutions connecting back-office applications and databases with remote field workers.
