MobileDataforce™ Announces Digital Image Integration with XML-Based Electronic Forms for Mobile Service Technicians

Pocket PC & Pocket PC Phone Users can now Integrate Digital Images with Electronic Business Forms to Document Work in Remote Locations

Boise, Idaho—May 24, 2004—MobileDataforce™, the leading provider of end-to-end mobility solutions using XML-based forms on handheld computers, announced today the integration of digital images with electronic business forms for mobile workforces that require photos to document their work.

The Intercue Mobility Suite enables the user to create electronic versions of their service orders, proposals and invoices and include digital images inside the forms.

This project was completed using MobileDataforce’s Intercue Mobility Suite for creating and publishing electronic business forms on handheld computers, the HP iPAQ Photosmart Mobile 1.3 MP Digital Camera, and the HP iPAQ Pocket PC. The electronic forms were then uploaded to a database using web services.
